Easy Diet: Day 2
2 days down! 1 more day to go…
After the first day, I managed to lose 1 kg! woo hoo!
But the 2nd day proved to be harder than the first. Which led to some bingeing. :(
Verdict:
The breakfast was surprisingly yummy even though it was just a piece of toast and a hard boiled egg. I had my first proper coffee in 2 years (Starbucks doesn’t really count). 1 tsp of Nescafe Gold and 2...

Easy Diet: Day 1
Day 1 completed!
Verdict:
Followed the diet exactly! Except for…ehem… instead of 1/2 a grapefruit I had ONE whole grapefruit. I also had a yoghurt for a mid-morning snack. I added a dragonfruit for lunch…and had soy milk with a DROP of brown sugar (which almost counts as water).
Energy was pretty low in the beginning. And was so HUNGRY! Though, I think it has more to do with...

Easy Diet iPhone Application
I found this iPhone application that promises a 2 kg loss in 1 week! Basically you are supposed to follow the diet exactly for 3 consecutive days and followed with normal eating for the next 4-5 days. Then, you start with the 3-day diet again.
Why do they claim it will work?
The combo of the suggested foods is supposed to create a unique metabolic reaction and boost fat burning. The...

It may seem insignificant...
…but I finally got my period! After 11 months of giving birth and breastfeeding, I am now “normal” again.
I am not sure if I should be happy looking forward to the tediousness of sanitary pads, bloatedness, oily and pimply face, Pms, etc.
But at least now I am more of a woman. :)
They say that your menses changes after giving birth. So we will see. I am curious to see what...

Self-Adhesive Wallpaper = Easy Bedroom Update →
This is a pretty cool way to decorate my master bedroom. The room is pretty big, and all the walls are white. Putting a panel of self-adhesive wallpaper will create a dimension to the room and also give me the freedom to easily remove it when i get bored with it.

Breakfast - cereal, banana
Snack - kerepek ubi
Lunch - bakso
Snack - Starbucks mocha frappe
Dinner - braised chicken in soy sauce and lemon, asparagus and wholemeal rolls
This is the end of my food diary “adventure”. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. So I might continue doing it. Will see.
Food Diary 6/3
Breakfast - nasi lemak
Snack - rootbeer float
Tea - dry curry chicken noodles, cheesecake
Dinner - a bar of chocolate
So healthy roll eyes
Food Diary 5/3
Breakfast - paper thosai, ayam goreng, Teh Tarik, lime juice (breakfast with the girls)
Lunch - fried vermicelli (lunch at in laws)
Dinner - white rice, mutton curry, butter cake, 2 cups of coffee (dinner at my aunties)
It’s evident that I tend to eat a lot more in good company.
Food Diary 4/3
Breakfast - warm water with lemon, toast with butter and jam, 1/2 glass of orange juice, horlicks
Snack - kit kat
Lunch - salmon sandwich, yoghurt
Snack - remaining tinned salmon, 3 cream crackers, rooibos tea
Dinner - bakso
Not sure if it’s because of the flu but I was super hungry throughout the day. Wonder if it’s because I had toast instead of cereal.

Food Diary 3/3
Breakfast - warm water with lemon, cereal
Lunch - chicken chop, iced honey lemon
Dinner - pho hoa (Vietnamese beef noodles)
Lunch was prob not the healthiest choice because it was heavily battered and there were no vege (except for some measly cucumbers).
