Easy Diet: Day 2
2 days down! 1 more day to go… After the first day, I managed to lose 1 kg! woo hoo! But the 2nd day proved to be harder than the first. Easy Diet: Day 1
Day 1 completed! Verdict: Followed the diet exactly! Except for…ehem… instead of 1/2 a grapefruit I had ONE whole grapefruit. I also had a yoghurt for a mid-morning snack. I found this iPhone application that promises a 2 kg loss in 1 week! Basically you are supposed to follow the diet exactly for 3 consecutive days and followed with normal eating for the next 4-5 days. Then, you start with the 3-day diet again. …but I finally got my period! After 11 months of giving birth and breastfeeding, I am now “normal” again.
